Queue is a conceptual valet app I designed to modernize an outdated service experience. Inspired by the frustration of long wait times, lost paper tickets, and cash-only transactions, the project set out to reimagine valet as seamless, secure, and intuitive.

The app replaces paper slips with unique QR codes, ensuring that only the vehicle owner can pick up their car. A built-in payment system eliminates the need for cash, allowing users to link credit cards or mobile wallets and tip with a single tap. Real-time tracking provides accurate wait estimates and the ability to request a vehicle while finishing a meal or event, reducing wasted time and uncertainty.

Through Queue, I explored how thoughtful UX design can turn an often tedious process into one defined by clarity, efficiency, and ease—bringing valet into the digital age.
